Designed for Nikon AF-S G Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 and f/1.4 lenses with 58mm filter size ONLY.
Will not works on any other lens.
Lens hoods have two meaning: 1. When the lens is in use to use it a sun shade and 2. When the lens is not in use to have it reversed for protection.
